Anxiety and Panic
The symptoms of anxiety often develop slowly over time and their severity differs between individuals.
Anxiety is usually a feeling of unease and/or panic and although this can be common for most of us at some point, it is usually classed as excessive when it occurs at inappropiate times or with symptoms that are not easily controlled, impacting on everyday life.
There are various types of anxiety and an initial assessment is vital to determine which anxiety is relevant to you. Treatment will be developed specifically to meet your needs and may consist of hypnotherapy in conjunction with CBT and/or NLP techniques, which you can practise.
