Initially, I will invite you to attend a free 45 minute assessment prior to undertaking any therapeutic treatment, so that I can get to know your requirements.

 

I will ask for a non-refundable deposit of £30 at the end of this initial assessment if you wish to go ahead with your treatment. This is to cover my costs and time spent. 

 

The balance of your first session fee is then payable at your first treatment appointment. 

 

Individual sessions, on a pay as you go rate, cost £70 per session and are payable at the beginning of each and every session. This cost covers a specifically tailored session for you and the work undertaken pre, during and post evaluation. 

 

I also offer a discounted pre-paid block of 4 sessions for £260.00, if paid in full at the first session, which equates to £65.00 per session. The sessions will also be tailored specifically for you and will include lots of practical and supporting exercise worksheets, weekly email summary update and 1 relaxation CD 

 

All of the sessions consist of hypnotherapy in conjunction with NLP and CBT techniques. Together this powerful combination will help you to unravel your stumbling blocks and take practical steps to get your life on track!  

 

Alternatively, why not try a taster session  to see if Hypnotherapy is for you? Taster sessions cost £30 for 30 minutes and are typically based around relaxation and stress release. 

 

Missed Appointments

Please note that an appointment is considered confirmed once verbally agreed. A cancelled appointment delays your change work.  If you must cancel, please give me at least 24 hours notice.  I am rarely able to fill a cancelled session unless I know at least 24 hours in advance.  In you are unable to provide at least 24 hours notice when you cancel that session, you will be charged the full fee. 

 

The only time the cancelled session will be rescheduled and the fee waived is in the event of unexpected serious or contagious illness, or an emergency. If you cannot attend a planned appointment, please call, text or email (details below) to notify me as soon as possible.
